Cuttings Collector Systems for underground use, CCS-160

The ILMEG cuttings collector systems are used in rock drilling applications for improved productivity and improved working conditions in underground drilling applications. Typical applications are blast hole drilling and bolt hole drilling with top hammer rock drills or down the hole drills. The wear parts are designed and produced for long service life and can be quickly and easily replaced when needed. The axial rubber seal can be used if needed, for instance at extension drilling. For one rod drilling, normally the rear bushing works both as drill steel guide and axial seal. ILMEG cuttings collector systems are continuously improved and built of high quality components to ensure long, safe and economical operation.
