The ILMEG CDC 2000 is a powerful electric dust extraction system built to meet the most stringent dust control requirements in rock drilling and cutting applications. Ideal for residential construction zones, mining, and quarry operations to name a few, the system efficiently extracts drill cuttings and dust through a heavy-duty suction fan, routing it to a sealed container. This process eliminates airborne particles for a truly zero-dust operation.
Designed for modern job sites, the CDC 2000 supports hose lengths up to 20 meters, ensuring flexibility and compatibility with various drilling and cutting equipment. The unit boasts dual X-125 filter bodies and ILMEG’s advanced i-clean reversed air filter cleaning system, controlled via a PLC-based 24 V unit with radio signal operation for maximum ease of use.
Fully enclosed zero-dust operation
Drill cuttings and dust are collected and contained in a sealed 2.8 m³ container, providing dust-free discharge and ideal performance in sensitive or regulated environments.
Smart control & automation
The i-clean reversed air system with PLC-based 24 V control and radio signal activation ensures powerful, automated filter cleaning, keeping performance high and maintenance low.
