ILMEG CDC 2000-X-200

The ILMEG CDC 2000-X-200 is a heavy-duty, electrically powered dust extraction system especially developed for underground production drilling.  It natually handles other demanding applications such as quarries, open-pit mining without issue.

It uses a high-capacity X-200 suction fan and handles 200 mm inlet hoses up to 20 meters long. Dust and drill cuttings are collected at the pick-up hood, filtered, and discharged either on the ground or into a container.

The system includes an i-clean reversed air filter cleaning system, operated via radio-controlled 24 V PLC, and features a starter cabinet with frequency converter. For mobility, it is equipped with forklift grips and sling points, making it easy to move and position even in confined underground spaces.
