Why blow the whistle?
At Ilmeg, a part of Eitrium, we strive to have an open and transparent workplace where misconduct does not occur. Therefore, it is important for us as an employer to make it easy to blow the whistle. We use Visslan’s whistleblower channel, which ensures your anonymity and high security.
You can access the channel by clicking here: https://eitrium.visslan-report.se/.
Who can report?
In general, you can report misconduct if you work within the Eitrium Group. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy.
What can be reported?
We encourage you to blow the whistle if you suspect that there is misconduct within the company and there is a public interest in bringing this to light. Examples of misconduct that can be considered whistleblowing include:
- Corruption, deliberate accounting fraud, fraud, theft, or other financial crimes
- Serious environmental crimes
- Major safety deficiencies in the workplace
- Other serious irregularities relating to life or health
If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy. You do not need proof of your suspicion.
How is reporting handled?
Reports are handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be stored for as long as necessary.
Our cases are initially handled by Starck & Partner to ensure independent case management. Internal contact persons may then take over the case from the initial case handlers
