The ILMEG CDC 1000 is an advanced electric dust extraction system developed for rock drilling and cutting operations in areas where dust control is critical. Prime examples would be residential construction zones, quarries, or underground tunneling. The system collects drill cuttings and dust directly from the pick-up hood, transporting them through a high-efficiency filter unit and discharging them either to the ground or into a container.
The unit is engineered for excellent suction performance, supporting hose lengths of up to 20 meters. It also features ILMEG’s i-clean reversed air filter cleaning system with a PLC-based control panel for reliable and automated operation. Designed for flexibility, the stand includes forklift grips and sling points for easy handling and transport on-site.
